Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) She is an English singer/songwriter. The infectious electronic music of Ellie Goulding rapidly pushed her into the top charts once she drew the attention of people in the year the year 2010. The singer-songwriter was able to achieve this feat with her songs "Starry Eyed" as well as "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a distinctive soprano scream and a knack for writing emotional songs with positive lyrics. Much like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she is at forefront of modern mainstream pop and the artful independent music. Polydor Records, a major music label, chose to sign her and started preparations to release her debut album.
