Katherine Jean Bolduan, also popularly known as Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist. Her most famous role is anchorperson on CNN's At This Hour morning show. She previously co-anchored CNN morning shows New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan was one of CNN the award-winning news coverage of the 2012 and 2016 presidential election. Bolduan also worked as a congressional correspondent based in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan was an integral part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on congressional cycles as well as congress discussions, such as negotiations for raising the loan limit for federal government and the Super Committee deliberations. Bolduan was an associate reporter on general assignments. She covered such events such as Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt and the Supreme Court's landmark decision on Obamacare.
