Sharp was a student of clarinet, keyboard and cello at the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. Following a successful application to The Boston Conservatory because of her passion for school theater Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. After graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp determined to go into theater after completing her Cum Laude degree with a B.F.A. She performed in The Broadway National Tour of Carousel, debuted Off-Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and was in eight roles on the interactive comedy Eat the Runt. Sharp has also been seen in Abyssinia and Aida. Other performances included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Sharp's works aren't limited to screen or stage. Sharp has written and written several scripts. She continues to sing, and is currently working on a full-length album in production. Sharp is a fitness enthusiast and always in top shape by studying Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp reside in Los Angeles, California with her family.
