Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada, and is now American. Her catalog includes more than twenty albums. The music of DiFranco has been described as folk-rock and alternative rock but has additional influences from punk funk hip hop and jazz. Ani DiFranco, widely regarded as the feminist's icon and Grammy-winning artist is considered the creator in DIY music.
